Join me and a couple of ladies for a morning coffee or tea in a beautiful, relaxed setting, where we share honestly, gain perspective through each other’s experiences and gain better clarity together. Imagine being able to truly share with your girlfriends who you have many things in common with. No judgment, confidentiality, objective insights, lessons learnt - just real talk. You are not alone!

If you need to be heard and would benefit from some quality time away from home or work - this is the session for you. With the opportunity to be making new friends, we explore various themes such as dating - the reality, navigating difficult relationships, career reinvention, raising kids without losing yourself, finding you again and many more. The aim is to provide an intimate and safe space with women who share common objectives and are looking to empower themselves together.
